CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel, please let me know ASAP ‼️ Appointments cancelled with 48 hours notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Appointments cancelled with 24 hours or less are subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. NO-CALL/NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS COUNT AS A LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION AND ARE SUBJECT TO A FEE OF 100% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE. When you reserve an appointment time, I reserve that time exclusively for YOU. A missed appointment means a loss of availability for other clients, and a loss of income for ME as it is difficult to fill a last minute spot. I do realize circumstances occasionally arise which are completely out of one’s control, and I truly do understand.
